Registration of a commercial, legal and an individual is regulated in accordance with the law of the Republic of Azerbaijan on state registration of legal entities in the state registrar. In The Republic of Azerbaijan, a company can be created both by its own citizens and by foreigners, or foreign legal entities. Foreign legal entities operate on the basis of laws regulated by the tax code of the Azerbaijan Republic by opening a representative office or branch in Azerbaijan.
